TERMS & CONDITIONS :-

KINDLY READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ORDERING/PURCHASING

How to order/purchase
------------------------

1) You may order by email/cbox/sms and leave your email/phone no.
2) We will reply to you for confirmation of products and price.
3) Make payment and thereafter inform me together with reference no. and provide me your name, address and tel no.
4) Item will be delivered once proof of payment is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
---------------------------

1) Booking are only allowed for 3 days only, after which item booked will be release for other potential buyer. Pls take note that payment must also be made in within 3 days of the booking period.

2) Booking period is 3 days and are allow to extend but subject to maximum of 1 month ONLY if 50% deposit of the item price is paid. Deposit paid is not refundable and if full payment is not received after 1 month deposit will be forfeited.

3) Prices shown are exclude postage unless otherwise stated.

4) Colour of products may vary/differ from the actual item due to camera quality.

4) Goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable so pls ensure you have ordered the correct item.

5) My Tot's Store will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods during delivery process.

POSTING & DELIVERY CHARGES
----------------------------
1) Item will be send via poslaju/parcel/registered post and is accordance to the Pos Malaysia rate. Pls take note delivery will be done on Mondays - Fridays only. Rate reference as below :-

a) Poslaju
- based on item total weight
- estimation >500gm - RM6 (for Peninsular Malaysia) RM9 (for Sabah & Sarawak)
- delivery 1-2 working days

b) registered pos
- based on item weight
- estimation RM3-RM5 (for 1-4 pcs light item)
-delivery 1-5 working days
